I realized within a few minutes of riding that the gloves were big so I promptly returned back to the store where a helpful counter lady assisted me finding the right size. The exchange process was swift. I appreciate the efficient transaction and plan to buy other stuff from the store in future as well !"

"I had a tire mounted and balanced here at Cycle Gear in Woburn, MA. The attendant did not mount the dot on the tire over the valve stem. He denied that there was anything wrong with that. That’s poor form, because it increases the amount of weights used, and less weights are desirable. Based on this, I do not trust that the balancing was done properly, either. I’ll have to check the balance myself. This was not worth saving $25. I’ll have my tires mounted and balanced elsewhere in the future. Edit #1: So I checked the wheels balance and it was off: too heavy where the 4 5 gm weights had been placed close to the valve stem. Edit#2: I called the store. The manager took care of business: He agreed that the tire mounting and balancing had been done incorrectly. He remounted and re-balanced. The wheel is good to go."
