"The owner and his friend were friendly. However, this is not an official mover. They will not provide you with a bill of lading/any kind of documentation and do NOT bring moving blankets, wrap etc. If you use them understand that it is a couple of guys renting a uhaul and putting your stuff in it. Everything of ours went in without any kind of protection including the tv. One of our dressers completely fell apart and there was no apology or any kind of insurance to file a claim with. We were quoted a flat rate which changed as the move went along with miscommunications. If you aren’t able to move yourself and want the cheapest option this is it. You get what you pay for. In our case we tried to cheap out and a lot of stuff is damaged and broken."

"Planned to come at 9am, and came at 10:30. Planned and quoted for 4 people and only came with 3 and charged only $25 /hr less than 4 people. Didn’t finish in 8 hrs, and left with agreed date and time to come back and finish, but didn’t show up at all. No response to phone call. Moving quality is poor too, a lot of damaged stuff. This is a disaster."

From loading the truck, driving it to our new home, unloading, and assembling furniture I couldn’t be more satisfied with how professional, fast, and easy it was working with them!
