"My home's packages have been redirected to go to this access point for whatever reason when I'm unavailable to receive at home. Unfortunately this access point is not a place I feel safe doing a pickup with the bars on the windows and the run down area it's located. It gives an overall hostile feeling. Which is in no way the fault of the operators, who are doing a great job managing a business on top of the access point. It just doesn't feel like a place I'm comfortable with my wife going if she needed to pickup a package. 5 stars for the workers, 1 star for the access point."
