"Had to call.in an order bc the app was not working but I got some of the best customer service I have ever gotten anywhere. The gentleman that answered the phone was kind, so helpful and thorough, help me save money on my order and genuinely was a great rep of the company. I got to meet him when I picked up my order and he was just as amazing in person as he was on the phone. I wish I had gotten his name bc he deserves recognition."

"Although the pizza and wings are good, I’m rating a 2 start for customer service. When we got there we found out they gave out our order to someone else which fine accidents happen. However, no one apologized or offered anything to make it right since we did have to wait there longer. Not mad about the order being given away, workers just showed no remorse."

"I called to express my concern for the fact that my pizza had puddles of oil on it. And was told it’s because of the type of pizza I ordered.the manager then told me she doesn’t know what I want her to do for me right now because that’s what I ordered. As someone who regularly orders Pizza Hut this entire experience was beyond disappointing. I didn’t want my money back tbh I just wanted pizza without a side of cardiac arrest. Nevertheless here’s to the money wasted on a pizza I wouldn’t even feed to a stray."
