"VERY RUDE GUY!!! Really Really Rude. How do you own a trucking company but when someone calls to speak upon a load offer, you rudely just hang up the phone? When I announced who I was and what company I worked for TOM SAID "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" Upon answering his question, HE HANGS UP THE PHONE. I called him back and asked kindly "Your name is Tom right? And this is your company? Why did you hang up on me?". He then said "GOOD BYE" and hung up again. I don't know who he is personally. But professionally, he sucks. I hope he doesn't treat his workers in such a way. Unfortunately I had to give at least one star. He doesn't even deserve that. #ThumbsDown"
