"I would give ZERO stars if I could. Truly terrible company. Can't get a hold of them without going through a Call Center... then the Call Center can't get a hold of dispatch. WHERE ARE THE PEOPLE WORKING? First they lost a whole pallet and never told me. Two weeks later they have all the pallets and I was finally supposed to take delivery today between 12-4pm, here it is 5pm and still NO word at all. AND can't find out where it is or when I might be getting the delivery. Truly unbelievable"

"I had wonderful experience with Roadrunner Freight. The tracking was accurate. The day my vanity arrived in Massachusetts I received a phone call scheduling the delivery time. The estimated arrival window was 11-1; the truck was at my door at 11:15. The drivers were prompt and efficient. Unloaded the pallet in just a few minutes. 5 stars!"

"I ordered marble floor tiles from Wayfair. The package was too heavy to ship via Fedex or UPS so they selected Roadrunner as my freight carrier. I was promised the tiles by 6/25/2021. I called Wafair and they told me that Roadrunner has had the tiles in Springfield SINCE 6/25/2021 and have no intention of delivering them to me (60 miles away in Boston) until their delivery truck is 3/4 full, whereupon the Wayfair rep told me that delivery will be on 7/92021. So Roadrunner is sitting on them for two solid weeks because they're cheapskates.It's no coincidence that Roadrunner's highest and lowest Google rating is exactly the same...one star. LOL"

"worst company to ship with... my delivery was supposed to be delivered to my house since the 9th now its the 15th, almost one week since and i have yet to receive my shipment. customer service is also very unprofessional, when calling trying to find out where the shipment is and why its taking so long, they are on the phone talking with an attitude when I'm the one that paid for my shipment to be here on the 9th. shipment sitting in the Warehouse and there lying on the phone saying it hasn't been unloaded from the truck as yet, like are you serious. it doesn't take 3 days to unload a truck. very unprofessional company to deal with Never again am i ever shipping with this company."

"The product has been sitting at the depot for 2 weeks. I called and was connected with dispatch on 4 separate occasions to schedule a delivery. I was on hold and average of 20 minutes each time, immediately after the phone was picked up- no one spoke and immediately hung up on me. I have been in contact with the company who says this specific location has caused them many problems. However, I must say they will be loosing my business. I will be reporting them to BBB and I will be filing a complaint with all companies and contractors involved."
