"Twice in the last 2 weeks our packages were thrown on the ground in the weeds."

"the employee was very helpful by phone. I am with a business in another state. I called for help tracking a UPS package that was delivered to that location, ultimately destined for S. Hamilton. The person explained clearly that Beverly is a giant receiving hub for the area and that packages arrive there first. This may be good info to know of you live in the area. They deal with and disperse massive quantities of mail, and packages from UPS, Fedex and DHL, to surrounding post offices. With so many stops and trucks and hands between a sender and receiver, the risk for issues naturally increases. In this world of maximizing cost and efficiency, this is what we are gonna have to get used to, unfortunately. We want it NOW, for next to nothing. Logistics is a tough game."

"I called to try and redirect a package I had marked with the incorrect apartment number on; the guy who answered ( after 2 rings and no automated pick up!) took my information, located the delivery person, re directed the package and called me back a couple of hours later to let me know! His name was Jaren ( not sure of that spelling;) Super impressive! P.S This is a Delivery Distribution Center, not a full service post office. I had visited there previously, becuase my new apartment unit didnt have USPS set up yet to recieve mail. Super friendly staff in person; very courteous and quick service."

"Multiple times they have claimed I wasn't there for a package delivery when I was home. This last time they must have saw me standing out front because they claimed "they could not gain access" to the delivery spot. It's 58 degrees with a slight over cast. No snow, no obstructions, just me standing in front of my door talking to my neighbor when I got the text saying they couldn't deliver. I called and asked for it to be brought back to me and I was told they couldn't and then was hung up on."

"I have the third item now in the last month that showed out for delivery, was scanned in Beverly and never got delivered. Two of the three items made it to the Beverly scan then were lost and seriously delayed. This is why the post office is struggling. Raising prices isn't going to help. How about being competitive as far as service and delivering on time. I have NEVER had a delay or non-delivery from Fed-x or UPS. Very annoyed and have every right to be! I have to update to say that the woman I have been emailing with resolved one of the issue and it was the shippers fault, not the post office. She was very helpful and professional so my rating has been upgraded."
