"This place is so dirty. There is a layer of dust on just about every surface. I can't say anything about the demeanor of the employees as I've only had short interactions with them, and they didn't say more than a word each time. DO NOT bring young children in here as it ALWAYS smells strongly of marijuana. Yikes."

"I don't want to paint the entire store in a bad light, and everyone has their "off" days however in my years of customer service I'd have never treated someone the way I was just treated by the man working intake at this location. Simply unacceptable, extremely rude customer service...Threatening "abandonment" of my packages that were all printed and labeled if I left early to pick up my grandmother from dialysis, and I've been told I'm "all set" to leave my pre printed and labeled packages everywhere else I've ever done this... Even if it is technically accurate (who knows) his comms and engagement were truly unacceptable."

"By far the worst UPS location around. Unfortunately, there's not many near us, so occasionally I have no choice but to go here. The customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. There were 3 people at the counter. Not one of them even acknowledged I was waiting for help. Without looking up the guy tells me to put my package on scale. Mind you, he's on his cell phone. Then he tells me he can't ship my return without a box. I tell him this was shipped to me this way. I'm guessing he's looking to make a few bucks of of me, since it's just a drop off. He refused to accept it to return. I said, ok, I guess I'll go to Staples. He very aggressively says, "happy new year" on my way out the door. If you don't want to work with people, then don't. Staples was fast, friendly and took my package quicker then the UPS store could even look up at me. After that I'll never go back there. So disappointing."

"I'm surprised this branch is honestly still open. The customer service is awful. The guy behind the counter, BEN, is so rude! Swears at you and does not acknowledge your presence for literally no reason. Real nice. I understand being in customer service is difficult and they hate working there, but don't take it out on the customers..if you get Ben behind the counter give him 1 word answers, because that's all he can handle. Terrible customer service, terrible employee. Says a lot about his character."
