"Horrible service, I paid more to receive a document faster but they delayed delivery, they don't respond to the emails I sent. It was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago but the package is stuck in Boston. I will never use these irresponsible carriers again. If they can't deliver in 5 days, then don't sell this service. Like all losers, they will probably blame something else, trying to disguise that they are incompetent."
"***UPDATE: After 16 Days of showing up, emailing and calling - they just told me “package cannot be located” *** I am deeply concerned about what’s happening at this service center. They tell you they have no idea where your package is, at all. The egregious nature in which I was treated is a separate post What’s most alarming and concerning is how for 2 weeks no one knows where my package is - and can not tell me Anything and won’t return my emails. I have contacted my family attorney as the package is reported at the facility but no one is helping me and the package is a substantial amount of money. I traveled 22 miles to pick up my package and was chastised by a very disgruntled woman who barked at me “we haven’t been here all week and we have over 15k backed up packages” she was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. - SHE IS MENTIONED IN OTHER REVIEWS - she is extremely rude and condescending. Only to ask for a manager that seemed completely unbothered by her nastiness. The manager gave me his email only to ignore my messages. This situation is either fraud or incompetence- and I am starting to think along the lines of fraud. You have no control you are at the mercy of their poor disposition and lack of transparency and care for your package."
"DHL should conduct a thorough investigation of this service center as it appears to be severely understaffed. Employees at this center are not efficiently fulfilling their responsibilities. DHL agents are consistently requesting them to deliver parcels, but they do not follow through with these requests. Even when agents attempt to contact them by phone, they do not answer calls. Essentially, it seems like they are expecting customers to personally pick up their parcels, which is far from satisfactory. This level of service is highly disappointing."
"2 straight days of “sorry we missed you” emails but nobody ever buzzed my apartment and the leasing office never saw a DHL delivery driver come into the building. Pretty confident they never even made an effort. Had to take time out of my day to go pick the thing up. Judging by all the similar reviews, this is their standard operating procedure and they’re not interested in improving. Shameful “service.”"
"I have never in my life seen a driver come to deliver a package and wait 14 seconds at my door. Literally did not even have time to come down the stairs to grab my package. Customer service was nice."
