"I worked here November - December 2021. I quitted rather quickly since nobody could tell me how much I was being paid per hr. Then I drive Hr plus to work, hr plus to the kid and hr plus to the school. I only potentially get paid for time spent bringing the kid to school. Then the 7d training is a very outdated video that uses the R word. You can't find or make new video that says special needs? Then 7D instructor stamps you approved after maybe hr video. It's suppose be 8hr training. Then you harass your former employees by calling them none stop with automated message saying why we should come back. Now your being sued for $475,000 for not paying your employees adequately enough. Best decision I made was quitting. I'm glad I didn't spend minute more. Only thing I regret is choicing you over another company."
"Our neighbor uses this service for their child. As a result, we get to hear the constant beeping of the vehicle backing up as they try to make U-turn on a small street."
"In my opinion any school district that uses this company to transport children is more concerned with saving $ than the safe transportation of your child. Most of the staff is unhinged, untrained and unprofessional. Children have been insulted verbally by staff, called out of their name by staff, and nothing is being done when other children constantly hit grab and scratch their peers during meltdowns. Your special needs child is expected to sit for 45 minutes and take the hits, scratches and grabs from peers but not yell or hit back, can't say the staff is held to the same expectation. The district has been "working on it" since last year."
"Let me say that first, I feel really bad for that old woman our driver ran off the road, but I got to my destination on time, so for me, full marks. Some passengers may be troubled by the driver's cursing out the window at other drivers, and unsafe practices (taking both hands off the wheel to flip other drivers off) but if you have a pair of headphones, and a lack of regard for your own well-being you really can't do better..."
