"They held my package for over 2 weeks before figuring out I live too far away for them to deliver. Got the run around trying to get any information on where my package was and who actually had it. Turns out, they shipped it to another shipping company to handle the delivery. Good luck dealing with them and getting your packages."

"My shipment has gone missing, I was told a delivery date it didn’t show up. Tried calling multiple branches to get answers with no answer, this company does not deserve any future business. Stay away at all costs!!"

"I work in procurement and have dealt with this company a few times with large orders. My experience has been quite inconsistent. Deliveries rarely show up when originally stated. Drivers rarely call when they're on their way despite multiple explicit instructions to do so. When deliveries do not show up as originally stated ( which is often) they do not call you. You need to jump through the many hoops. It requires many phone calls. The representatives are nice, but the company does not appear to train them well. I've been told account information has been updated, but it hasn't. I've been told there's notes in the system only to call back (because that's how it goes here) and told there are no notes. I will avoid this company to the best of my ability with my partners for all procurement orders moving forward. I recommend you do the same. If 0 stars was an option, they would get this as the rating, but 1 is as low as it goes."

"I noticed this place had a lot of awful reviews! I wanted to throw on a good one. We had a swing set delivered. We set the delivery and got it on the date right within the window. I do wish the window wasn’t so large, and we only had 5 days available to choose from so we couldn’t go out further, but we made it work and got it with no issues at all! We did set it up ourselves."

"1st scheduled delivery they were a no call, no show. When i tried calling them nobody every picks up the phone. I sent an email and they rescheduled my delivery on a day not of my choice between 9-5pm. Waited all day and still nothing. If at all possible stay away from this company. These people do not care about your time or item."
