"What happened to this place? I got the pesto chicken wrap. It was flavorless and sopping wet, completely fell apart. Chicken was unseasoned and chewy and vegetables tasted old. If there was provolone cheese on it, it was unidentifiable. The chocolate chip cookie was rock hard.. I actually couldn’t bite into it.. inedible. The interior of the shop and the service has really gone down hill. I called in a take-out order and when I got there, the staff wasn’t aware of the order. Started making the food upon my arrival and told me the phone staff didn’t inform them of my order. This restaurant used to be great! Not sure what happened here."
"I called to order food to pick up. I ordered the Santa Fe panini which I had to describe because the person who answered the phone didn’t know what it was. When I got it the turkey was missing…"
"Ordered a mushroom cheese steak with extra cheese and a steak bomb no salami. No cheese on the mushroom cheese steak and only onions on the steak bomb no salami... no cheese, no peppers, no mushrooms.... I've gotten food from here before, everything was great, very disappointed."
"Long time customer. We always went here for takeout on the weekends when visiting our nana. Recently we got an order 3 of 4 things were made incorrectly. We called to try and rectify it and we were met with excuses and attitude. That was our last time coming here. Horrible way to treat customers. I would advise anyone to pick a new place to go, peabody is loaded with great restaurants who care about their customers. Try Brodie's, champions, Nex Mex or brothers. Skip this place."
"I ordered an Italian combo sub, small cheese pizza, and fries. Everything was delivered promptly, still very hot, and everything was EXACTLY as ordered. Prices were much more reasonable than most places, and delivery driver, Alesio? Not sure if I spelled that right? Was awesome! Will request him every time."
