"Took three weeks before they even attempted to deliver (warehouse is just three hours from my home). No one ever called me to schedule the delivery, or confirm a time. Package doesn’t require a signature, according to their own records. When they did try to deliver, I missed them by just ten minutes but they refused to come back with the rented Enterprise truck they were using. They didn’t leave a note to say they had attempted delivery; I only know they did thanks to the crumpled snowbank and my security camera. They’ll claim in the message while they have you on hold that they’ll go above and beyond, and deliver at night or on weekends but that’s an exaggeration (it’s really just a handful of hours, only two days a week). Tried to initiate a cancellation of the delivery and was met with attitude and repetitive questions if I was sure that’s what I wanted to do. I can say with certainty that if any of my future online orders are scheduled with this delivery service, I will cancel them more promptly."
