"Waited home yesterday as they gave me a four hour delivery window. 20 minutes before the end of the window, notified that delivery would have to be rescheduled as they did not have my item on the truck. Today given a 2 hour delivery window. Showed up 1 1/2 hours late. Had to remind them to put a mask on and that it was a white glove delivery (they just wanted to dump the box and leave without unpacking and inspection.) Will no longer deal with any company that uses this delivery service."
