"I bought a new Whirlpool fridge online. It was scheduled for delivery on August 1st between 2-6pm. However, I received a call that day from JB Hunt Delivery Company saying that they couldn't perform delivery that day because the guys on that delivery truck could not install the fridge. Obviously someone messed up. They apologized and said that they would come the next day. I told them that I had an appointment from 3:30-4:30pm and they said that they would come before or after. However, they arrived around 3:15 and weren't done until 3:45 so I had to cancel my appointment. Then they said that my water line had a leak near where it attached to fridge line. I was surprised since the water line had been replaced less than 2 years earlier. They couldn't fix it themselves. So I had to call a repair company (Heritage Home Service Company/Quail Services) who came the next day and fixed it, which cost me $300. They said the delivery guys over-tightened the connection, which resulted in them pinching and breaking the water line. So in the end I missed my appointment and had to pay out an extra $300 to replace a broken water line that the JB Hunt guys broke."

"Terrible service, do not try to call this company to track down a shipment. Spent an hour being transferred around before getting back to customer service/hung up on."

"They were scheduled to pickup a returned refrigerator, but didn't ever get in touch with me to notify me of the pickup date. So it's no surprise that when they showed up to retrieve it, I wasn't home! When I talked with their service rep, they said they don't do confirmation or courtesy calls on returns. I tried to reschedule and they told me I couldn't reschedule, instead I needed to go back through Costco customer support to redo the pickup request anew. Apparently the request form takes several days to process, meaning I'll be stuck with the fridge for at least another week. Awful customer service."

"The will call program works pretty good. Mary is always on top of her game and goes well out of her way to help. It is easy to get information when you need it and uncomplicated system to navigate."

"This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. They were hired by Tempurpedic to deliver my mattress. They left a message for me to call them at to schedule delivery of my mattress. I try to call them back but couldn't get thru. I was placed on hold for 30 minutes only to have someone pick up the line and hang up the phone. This happened several times and when I called to complain I was asked "do you want your mattress, or not?" Just horrible!"
