I spoke with Vlad a few weeks before I needed to move out of my 2B/2BA condo and he walked me through the plan, the rates, the ability to move my stuff and also remove some large furniture that I wouldn’t be taking. Fast forward to the week of the move: we connected again, adjusted the plan a bit, and we were ready to go. Yesterday was the move and it was so unbelievably smooth. Punctual, friendly, methodical, engaging— it was amazing. And when we got to the new place, it was incredibly fast to unload everything. "Boston Small Moves was such a great experience that I already recommended them to a friend. I moved on the hottest day of the year, but they were still quick and wonderful. I had many items I was planning to take in my car and they made it work in the truck. These items had not been packed to be moved in a truck but nothing was broken or damaged in any way. I also had an issue (my issue, not theirs!) with my bed where I had misplaced some hardware. Vlad went above and beyond and actually called me a few days after the move once I had located the pieces and offered to help me put it together. Additionally, the pricing was more than reasonable compared to neighboring movers. You will be hard pressed to find movers who are more professional, kind, and friendly than Vlad and his team."

They are just very flexible (my last move included 2 extra pickups along the way), and the communication throughout the move from scheduling dates/times to status on the way is super.
