"Terrible experience. I mailed 15 boxes in November 2021 and requested air shipping (was prepared to pay the additional costs). They promised air shipping but actually put it on a boat. The packages I mailed in November just now got there (June 2022). More than that, I was not provided adequate paperwork for dropping the boxes off in St Louis. The customer service was unhelpful at best and outright incorrect at worst. Additionally, we arranged for the packages to be delivered within Uganda and this didn't happen for all of them (some had to be picked up) and the recipients were charged a fee for the delivery even though we already had arranged for that."
