Domino's Pizza

"Better than most other Domino’s I have ordered from throughout US. Service is quick, ingredients seem to be of good quality, toppings are fresh, baking is good. Overall, one of the better Domino’s out there."

"Firstly, the food left the shop after the estimated delivery time. Then, while I was watching the tracker, I saw the driver stop on the side of the road a few miles away for 20 mins!! I sat at my door, waiting to make sure I would definitely get my food because it was already late. However, when the tracker showed that the driver was 500 ft away from my complex, the tracker changed its status to delivered even though NOBODY pulled into the lot. I am very sure that the driver ate our food, and when I called the restaurant to figure it out and ask them what happened, they refused to hear me out when I told them I saw the driver stop on the side of the road for 20 mins, and said it would be delivered in 5 minutes (which it wasn't). After 10 minutes, I just asked them to remake the order, and I would pick it up this time instead. I also asked for a refund, but they said they couldn't do that. We ended up picking up our freshly made food, which further makes me suspicious that the driver ate our food. Do not get delivery from this place. The driver might eat your food, and then they won't own up to anything. Better to not offer delivery than have a driver who potentially eats the customer's food in my opinion, or have the driver work a different position in the shop."

"The garlic twists were super under done. It was basically dough with topping. They were so carelessly baked. I felt the stretchy ness and dough texture of the dough. So disappointing!!!"

"This location was very reliable for a few years, but the last 6+ months has been really awful. I had one order delivered to my neighbors house (no phone call, took over an hour for them to find it and all they did was hand me a pizza that had been sitting outside in the rain for a hour), another order arrived with an undercooked pizza (the cheese wasn't even melted, literally just cold shredded cheese on top of barely cooked dough). Really sad to see, as Domino's is one of my favorite pizza chains. PS: Before the manager writes yet another "No one wants to work :'( " response: people love working, for living wages and good management."
