"They are terrible. I had an appointment last week that was set up by Hanover Hill Nursing Home and they were a no show. The Nursing home called, I called and they never called back. I have tried to reach them many times and have yet to get a response. Voice mail says " This is Jason for On Time Transportation" but Jason never calls you back."

"Great service for the most part. Sometimes they do have trouble finding rides for me. Some days they just do not have enough drivers."

"My experience with This company started off bad Then for a couple weeks it was Awesome. TODAY NOBODY SHOWED UP AND I live an Hour away from The Clinic I go to so I am Now Walking from Lyndeborough HITCH HIKING for a ride to Manchester and Back Waiting for CTS to call me Back so I can let them know that this company never showed up nor did either one of the Owner answer their phones to get me a ride considering They are Getting PAID TO bring me"

"This company has it's ups and downs there drivers are human maybe if there was more communication between drivers and clients it would be better! The owner is great but when I asked the diver if he do my pickup time he lied and said yes instead of telling me the truth that he couldn't wake up that early he lied and told his boss to take the trip! The driver had me calling him from 430 am to 9 am instead of just telling me what the deal was he made up stories but I always got ware I needed to go just not on time"

"I am so disappointed in this company. Amd I shouldn't be because from the 2nd weeday this company drover I should've known that its just a joke to the owners. I need to be picked up between 5-5:15 am daily and brought home so I can be to work by 6:45am. I have been on time for worl 5 days within the last 20 calendar days. I work 6 days a week. The 2nd day the owner picled me up late after telling him that due to the coming snow storm there would be chaos at the medical facility I go to due to people getting their medication to take home for the following day because they were shutting dowm. He ended up leaving myself and another girl there for and hour and 45 mins. There after I have not heen picked up ontime but 5 times. I have called CTS and asked to be moved because I just thought they had too many clients and werent able to accomidate me. CTS called Jason, owner, and he reassured them that I would he picked up ontime. That was Thursday last week, 8 days ago. I have only been picked up 3 times ontime this week. This morning my driver was over an hour late, then I had to call my boss amd she told me not to come in until the regional manager called me. So I was upset crying, and threw my hands down on my knees in frustration, my phone slipped out of my hand, I tried to then catch it which only threw it further in the back seat where I was, it landed behind the driver, who immediately and dramatically ducked and asked, "Oh you trying to hit me now....You seriously trying to hit me now." I looked at him and said what are you talking about? You saw me almost drop my phone amd try to recover it which then, accidentally threw it behimd your seat. Why would I try to hit you?" I was appalled. I have never been acused of assaulting someone in my life and though I may be proactive amd advocate for myself and I tend to be verbal about it. I do not result to assaultive behavior. I was then scared as he began passing cars in a no passing zone and continued tondrive erratically until I was dropped off at home. I have never been more scared than I was this morning. I will never recommend this company or use its service again. All while this was happening feom the 1 hour tardiness of the driver to the issues that followed, I called the driver 4 times and text him 3 times. And he never once acknowledged my inquiries or my situation. I am appalled at the lack of concern from him."
