"The experience was terrible here. I had a package to be returned to Amazon. The young man said he couldn’t return the package because the return barcode was for USPS. I showed him that Amazon said USPS or the shipper of my choice. After going around and around he kept saying he couldn’t help. I asked repeatedly if I could just ship it back through UPS. He kept saying no. There’s nothing he could do. He clearly did not care and was not interested in helping. Finally, he told me I could email the store the label and in fact he could ship it for me. I’m not sure what his problem or attitude was, but I would recommend using a different UPS Store with better customer service people who care about the customer."
