I called them after 45 and she hadn't even given my information to a driver! Absurd. If I had any other means of getting out of here, I would. And this is not the first time."

"I was driving on Mass Ave in Cambridge 2 days ago. I was stopped at a red light and there was a Cambridge Checker cab behind me. The cab drove around me and into the intersection, paused and then drove through the red light. When the light turned green I drove along behind the cab and we got to another red light. The cab stopped for a few seconds and then drove right through the red light again I got a photo. License plate- 719 D Cab #91."

"This is so far the best Taxi Company I have taken Uber and Lyft and no they are not any cheaper then Taxi. And with the reputation of these Timeshares not being regulated no full background check they are against Fingerprinting but Taxi Drivers do it. Lyft and Uber do not have a Hackney License what is up with that. Just because they drive their own Vehicles makes a difference. It should not especially if you are picking up passengers. A lot of Uber and Lyft are not fully insured at all. And they also have raped women up until two weeks ago. A Lyft driver raped a young women. Please sometimes cheaper is not always better but Checker Cab they take they follow the Leader by their License Fingerprinting and insured. And they are Regulated. None of which Uber and Lyft wanted to be they fought against all that. And Governor Baker allowed this without any regard for women's safety getting into someone's private Vehicle without any Regulation. Thanks Governor for women's safety Vote him out."

"Worst driver ever! He screamed at me because it was only a short ride and I had a senior coupon. I usually tip extra in that situation but, after the scary way he treated me, I just gave him a dollar or so. I shouldn't have given him any tip. Boy, was I hoppy to scramble;e out of his cab!"

"I wish I could give them a "0". Last Friday on Valentines I took my wife & kids in to Disney on Ice. We parked at the Cambridgeside Galleria and had dinner. As I had 2 kids (7 &4) and it was 20 degrees out, we could not walk to the Garden so I grabbed a cab (Checker Cab). We got in the cab. The guy REFUSED to take me to the garden unless he could go the LONG way through Charlestown. I told him it was a quick ride past the Museum of Science, but he knew he would not make a huge fair by going that way, and refused, making us get out of the cab and leaving us on the side of the road, with 2 young kids & 20 degrees. I will NEVER EVER use Checker cab, and I recommend that you never do either. They are the absolute WORST cab company in the city."
