"I've used Flight Line for over 2 decades. Was always a good experience. Over the last several years, service has less than expected. Drivers not very friendly, customer service very poor, call center experience very poor. I've never posted negative until now. This just has to be communicated. Daughter booked with them for a trip from NH to logan. Flight was scheduled for 6:15am. Reservation was made and pickup time listed on reservation confirmation was 3:00am arriving at logan at 4:08am. The DAY OF TRAVEL, she realized she never received a confirmation so she called them. The broken english person at the other end of the line was less than helpful. He stated pickup at 6:15am, she kept telling him NO, it is 3:00am and that is what is on the reservation. He kept telling her NO. He finally stated he will contact the dispatcher (this is there new thing, the person on the phone cannot help you at all anymore. They have to speak to "dispatch"), so we not skip the middle man and have dispatch answer the phones? Anyway, he said that there would be no way to have a driver there for a 3:00am pickup. She then had to scramble and find a new way to logan. Very poor service, communications and people. Will look elsewhere going forward. They just lost a loyal customer."

"I have used this service many times over the past (+ or -) 20 or so years, and it was an efficient, inexpensive way to get between Logan and Manchester. It was sometimes inconvenient having to wait for all the other people to be dropped off at their destinations, but at least it was reliable and cheap. Now they no longer offer shared ride service, and the cost for their (Logan-MHT) services is exorbitant. I would not recommend. Look at using Boston Express Bus or Concord Coach their sister co."
"We had two flights in New York that were cancelled due to weather and transportation issues with the airlines. Cancelled original reservation and made reservation for next flight which was also cancelled. Was told that a refund would be issued within ten days have not seen a credit as of yet, it's been a month. This was a very stressful situation trying to get home, the customer service person was rude and very difficult to work with. We have been using Flightline for at least 30 years but we are done. Will use other means of transportation (Uber, lyft, Boston Express, etc.)"
"We used Flightline to pick us up at our house to get us to Logan for a 6 am flight, and back again. The driver, Andre arrived ten minutes early on the day of our departure. At that point all of us were ready to go and we were out the door on time. Little did I know (because I didn't read) my daughter needed a booster seat in the car on the way there. I asked Andre what we should do and he said they would hold the seat for me at the office until our pickup on 05Mar22. We got the airport on time with no hassle. Similarly on the way home, the driver was the same guy. He had our booster seat with him and was at the airport at the time our plane landed. Again. No complaints on the level of service or promptness of the drivers. The only recommendation I would have - bring your van to the shop to check the back suspension. Those Boston potholes and bumps sound like they're wreaking havoc on your rear suspension."
