"i have no complaints over the bus rides themselves. the buses have comfortable seats with outlets and i love the frequency that they run. my biggest issue lies with the customer service/consideration of this company and what feels like a money grab. while they offer a multi ride pass for 10 rides to be used within 30 days of purchase, the pass only includes south station as a destination and not the airport, despite it being the very next stop after south station. i am an airport commuter and have inquired with p&b why the multi ride pass they offer is not extended one more stop to include the airport and there was no reason given in their response, just that it is not included and offered that i could instead drive all the way to quincy and park there. i am commuting from barnstable. that would mean an hour and a half drive to quincy to then have to wait to catch a bus there. this also means as opposed to $18 per ride on a multi ride pass, i am having to pay $31 per ride. that adds up to $180 vs. $310 for a month of rides just to include one extra stop. as someone simply trying to get to work, i'd be happy to pay a little more for a multi ride pass that included the airport, but this difference in cost for a commuter to go one extra stop feels not only illogical, but more importantly, greedy. if you’re going to charge a premium price, you should offer a premium product."

"Poorly managed company that is stuck in the dark ages with high prices and often times a very bad attitude. Is the bus on schedule? Arriving late? Coming at all? There's no way to know...no phone number to call, no display at the bus stop, no ticket agent to ask. There are so many things this company could do to show they give one shred of concern over the experience of their customers and they do absolutely nothing. I reached out via email after an atrocious experience at Logan and was met with a terse and dismissive reply offering zero accountability for a deeply flawed system and zero interest my experience as a customer. If you're considering using this company, I encourage you to find an alternative. Peter Pan Bus provides service to the same locations - use them. Better yet, hire a taxi, pay a friend for a ride...do whatever you need to do in order to avoid the kind of experience that I and many others have had."

"This company has the worst timing ever. They were more than 30 minutes late, so I missed my next bus, and there are no other busses that I can take now, so I have to take Uber now, which will cost me $100 instead of going with bus in $10. + it's not their first time to be late (really late). But to be fair, they have good busses with comfortable seats."
