"My main complaint was having to wait 45+min in the sun as seating is first come, first served. Ferry was definitely a bit worn, seats wear all cracked/damaged. Restroom was pretty dirty. The ride itself was fine, a little hot."

"Good quick ride to get on and off the island. If you need to extend your stay, call early because the boat fills up quickly. As many tourists stay late."

"The ferry ride from Hyannis to Martha's Vineyard was nice. It's not fancy or anything but it will get you there and back. However, I would not recommend booking a tour of the Vineyard through them since they don't communicate with the bus tour they use as a bunch of us who had booked the tour were left without one when the bus never showed up. Luckily we were able to get a refund and find another tour."

"On time departure so make sure you have enough time to park the car, get to the boat (and purchase tickets if your didn't buy them online). If you are hungry or thirsty, they have a reasonably priced snack BAR on board. Can't say enough about the view and the serenity of gliding on the Big Blue - priceless. The staff was awesome too."
