"This ride company is through my husband's insurance, because of his broken neck, PTSD, missing vertebrates, epilepsy, & mental health issues. We've had a male driver who went 80 on highway, speeding around the city streets & my husband asked him to please drive normal & he explained he has PTSD from a car accident that killed his wife n sons. 0 stars. We had a female talking about drugs the whole time & we asked her numerous times to stop that we're both recovering addicts, but she drove fine & made great time.1 star. We had an Armenian man who blasted his music louder than my headphones & we asked him to turn it down, but he had a hard time understanding us, but he drove good n made great timing. 2 stars. Today we had a woman who drove fast, hit every bump, taking turns at corners fast making swinging left n right, she made me car sick from stepping hard on the brake making us whipping forward and backwards, my husband has a broken neck n messed up back, disks n vertebrates & she drove completely out of the way had no idea where she was going, so my husband was a cab driver had to give her directions & she was being racist saying the N word & Spic. My husband told her he is Puerto Rican n she said "I'm sorry" not for being racist for him, cause he's Puerto Rican & that's unacceptable she should be fired. 0 stars. The man who is driving us right now is very polite, talking to us nice, driving great speed limit, not slamming on breaks, following the GPS, making great time, his van is comfortable, is clean n doesn't smell & doesn't have the radio blasting & I give him 5 stars."
