"I called to get a cab for my girlfriend to go pick to go get a uhaul and some old man answers with the WORST ATTITUDE. ZERO customer service skills and VERY FREAKING rude. AVOID this place unless you want hand up with a high blood pressure."

"They don't always show up in time even when it not a busy day, they are so unpleasant, always asking why do we have voucher, listen buddy you get paid not my fault you dint take the long way around to get more money , the voucher redeems almost instantly they even say we going to be there later because is a voucher what service is this? My wife just called and requested a taxi and they said "we can't help you, you OWE money" they said we used a "fake voucher" but they came from ALL of her appointments and were used the way there supposed to be used. That's crazy how this taxi workers act towards people"

"I'd just like to say this taxi service is horrendous and awful. I am 4mo going on 5mo pregnant and the service is awful, the boss/manager is rude. He and his driver's constantly complain and ask me questions about why I have so many vouchers for the taxi and I feel invaded with my privacy, why would I have to explain why and how I have so many vouchers. I've been keeping a stash of them for wen I need a ride. This is unacceptable. I've only met two driver's out of all of them that are very welcoming and helped very much."

"Well, after reading all the prior reviews here on Google Plus on Yelp. They need to fire the dispatcher, or close down completely. Worst service EVER. They left my partner stranded at his job at Interprint to home, 10 minute drive mind you. I had to wake up my daughter at 11:45 at night to pick him up and get him home. She has school, she is a child. I have to work for the public school in this town in the morning. People can not treat their customers like this. One day the right person will come along and sue this business and maybe end up owning it themselves. Because, being rude to the elderly like I have read is just apalling and disgusting. Fire the dispatcher!!!!"
