"I went to Mr. Lombardi with a serious issue that was confirmed by documentation by various state and federal agencies. Mr. Lombardi also agreed with their findings. He told me he was going to make a phone call and that should solve the problem. I saw him again weeks later, at an event when he informed me that he hadn't forgotten me.
