"I haven’t gone here since i moved over a year ago, but due to a bad experience at another store it reminded me how good this store was with my packages. I would come by here often during COVID as I worked remote and had to often ship packages for work. Service was always top notch! If I was running close to last pickup I would call to see if I still had time, they never let me down and they always were appreciative when I had things all packed for them to ship! Great customer service! The people at this store make your day better!"

"I lost my father to Cancer in December 2022. He didn't have a will or lawyer and he was taking care of my mother who had dementia and cancer she died in May 2023. I had to obtain poa over their estate. I went in to ups as I have been for the past months so as to get a notarized copy and because My mother inherited his estate when I filed for POA they put my mother's name due to my father's death. I was told that it was not acceptable to sign because I could be an estranged daughter. This was not only highly insensitive but unprofessional. It seems that this woman has a problem with people. I suggest she learn to talk better to customers seeing the sensitivity of the matter. I explained that I not only have an EIN number but more than enough proof that i am who i stated. I am handicapped and I made sure my mother was taken care of at home and I took care of any and all family affairs. I am extremely offended and hurt to Even think that someone could be brazen enough to think or say this considering that I was VERY close to both parents. Karma is not to be fooled with and one day maybe she will experience the pain of losing her Parents and I only hope and pray she is rung up by an insensitive jerk such as herself. God only knows how many other people she's offended with her smart mouth. Shame on her. UPS YOU CAN DO BETTER."

"I’m not sure why this store doesn’t have a five star rating. This is hands-down, the best UPS store in New England. The customer service is five star, there’s never a line, staff is always smiling and they always not how to take care of your needs. I can’t say enough great things about this business. I hope everyone is getting paid well, because they earn every penny. As for the guy complaining about how the ”kid” messed up on the label. You should’ve removed the original label yourself, so take some responsibility instead of putting it on someone else. That would’ve been the Trump way of doing it."
