"We used Kool Temp many years ago and were happy. We contracted with them in 2022 and we found they are not the same. They did not insulate the hot water lines in the basement for 5 months causing extra propane use, they left the outside basement door open when they exited letting winter air and the possibility of vermin to get into the house, they inadequately supported the supply and return pipes, they did not supply end-caps on the heat registers for 5 months, they took almost a year to supply a recirculation pump. For 5 months they did not respond."
