"First National title sent my prepaid taxes to my local tax collector prior to the bill being due to so it was sent back to them. 1 year later I find out that my taxes are delinquent because the check was never re-sent to the tax collector. First National said they have no record of the returned check but you would think they notice one of their checks were not cashed and their balance sheet is higher than it should be. Now I am stuck paying late taxes and they would not cover the difference. If they admitted to the mishap and offered to cover the difference I would have been very pleased with the service but that is not the case. I would avoid using this company at all cost's and would not let your clients open escrow here."
