"I recently won an auction for a piece of equipment in South Kingstown, RI. Seeing as I am in Arlington, TX, getting the equipment from it's location and back home was going to be a challenge. I called a few places and no-one was very helpful. When I called Post All, the owner, Bill, was extremely helpful and accommodating. I needed someone to pick up, pack, and ship my new acquisition and Bill performed marvelously. Everything was picked up in a timely manner, packed well, and shipped quickly. I highly recommend using them whether you are in Middletown or across the country in Texas. Thanks again!"

"I have used for years and been satisfied, however I recently uses photocopier and was charged 50¢ a copy for BW copies! Guess I should have asked first but FedX charges 19¢ a copy for BW so I would have expected something similar. I informed the 2 workers when I was there so hopefully they send it up to management and get a correction in place. It was disappointing."

"They failed to pack a battery that went with a camera. When they were taking my order the young man left the battery on the scale when he told me that I was all set. I pointed this out to him and he said that he would take care of it. The battery was never seen again. I spoke with the manager who said he would file a claim and get back with me and he never did. He was making excuses that it was the Camera Company's fault and not theirs having no knowledge of my parcel. I used them to save money on shipping supplies but I ended up having to purchase a $40 replacement battery. I will never ship with them again. Much better to be inconvenienced at the post office than to deal with incompetence."
