"I highly recommend Chris Hamilton form Hamilton & Hamilton PC. I cannot say thank you enough to Chris Hamilton and how he handled my situation of preparing and executing a rental agreement in 2018. My husband and I had no clue how to handle the situation and were going through a nightmare with family members after my mother-in-law passed away and a Trust for her estate was executed. A long story short, as stated in the Trust was allowed, an out-of-work, alcoholic, cigarette smoker family member was going to move into my mother-in-law’s house that my husband and I were living in and where we took care of his mother for years without any financial or emotional help from siblings. He would move in with the promise of paying “reasonable rent” as stated in the trust. We knew from his history that he would move in, (maybe) pay one month, then never pay again. Chris Hamilton drafted and executed a rental agreement, professionally and VERY PATIENTLY dealt with the belligerent phone call rants and raves of this man when he received the agreement. The family member made appointments to meet with Chris at his law office but never showed. In the meantime, this man was threatening my husband and I stating he was going to meet us to “discuss” at our home – exasperating a an already stressful time in our lives. Chris sent a cease-and-desist letter and the threats stopped. Chris informed us with every step, explaining the laws even with continuous antics from the family member, keeping us prepared and informed, putting our minds at ease"
