"I came to have something laminated on Saturday a week before Christmas, and while i was waiting for the machine to warm-up, i watched the staff dealing with an onslaught of folks mailing packages. I was really impressed with the cheerfulness and efficiency i saw. When my job was completed and i asked the price, the manager said, "You're Good." I was stunned as i had heard him say this to other customers also, but i didn't understand he meant it was a gift. These were small amounts, but i left feeling a glow in my heart and wonderful appreciation for his kindness. Bless you, UPS Store staff."

"Dropped off a package at 9am for 1 day delivery to Canada. The package wasn't even sent out for delivery until 8pm that night. Now it is still sitting in customs and there is no delivery on the weekend. They took $141 of my money and now I am going to have to drive back to Canada on Monday or Tuesday this week as I will not be here when the package arrives. Terrible business practices."

"I frequent this store to send out color and design samples for the company I work for and they always provide me the best customer service. The staff there are so efficient and so kind -10/10 always recommend people to go to this location."

"This UPS Store is the worse UPS Store I have ever been to. It’s rundown and dirty plus there’s a revolving door of employees working there. Some know what they’re doing but most do not. They need better training! Yesterday I picked up a package and you’re supposed to sign that you received the package. That didn’t happen even after I asked him twice if he needs me to sign and he said no. Now I’m constantly being sent texts to pickup my package."
