"DON’T DO IT!!!! I went with them based on a realtor recommendation, huge mistake. I went under contract in November, I requested that they draft up a purchase agreement, after 2 weeks without one, the sellers attorney ended up writing my purchase agreement. The original title search came back with 5 acres less then what I would be purchasing and I was advised to move forward anyways, again the sellers attorney advised me to wait for an updated title description for the full acreage. If I wasn’t so far into the process with them at that point I would have fired them. What should have been an easy closing end up not happening until Jan 1. It is now the middle of June and we are still without an original copy of the deed, even though I have reached out to Penny multiple times. I never got the impression that this transaction was in my best interest or professional."
