"I originally called Breathe Eazy for just a simple duct cleaning, but the technicians did a thorough examination of our heating system and found black mold in our furnace due to a water leak from an existing humidifier (new to us house). They provided me a quote to remove the mold and disinfect our entire HVAC system within the hour and performed all work the same day. Their team was respectful of our house and time, and knowledgeable of the systems they were working with. there was no mess left after them and their lead tech kept me informed the entire time. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their ducts cleaned."

"DO NOT look for them because all they want is your money and all they said is lying. Here is what I experienced. Before they started extracting water from the basement, the manager looked very professional and nice to you. He promised many many things before I paid the deposit (~$5,000), such as fighting for you to negotiate with the insurance company, sending documentations, showing up when the insurance adjuster comes to the house, and etc... HOWEVER, after I paid the deposit, he broke all the promises above. Never show up again, never negotiate with insurance company, never send any documentation I need for reimbursement from insurance, never reply your message, and never help you. They tried to charge me over $13,000 for some of the works that other companies may charge ~$5,000 (this is what my insurance adjuster told me)."

"I am impressed with this company starting from Suzanne, the office manager to the entire crew that came to my home. I had my ducts cleaned and the crew was professional and very tidy. They worked around my schedule and did the job during a time that they wouldn't usually do. The crew even came back hours after the job was complete (8:45 pm!) to trouble shoot the furnace. I recommend these guys to everyone who is looking for professionalism and great customer service."

"I have never left a negative review of any company online. My home was destroyed from water damage leaving me homeless and living in a hotel. I was promised they would handle all remediation, would coordinate insurance, and completely restore my unit. I paid over $30,000 to this company upfront. Day 4 of restoration they stopped showing up. The owner of company ignored my calls for over a week. I was then told contractor would finish the job Monday - Friday. He then didn’t show up that entire week. Simultaneously I had to repeatedly ask for the insurance documentation to attempt being reimbursed my costs. After repeatedly being ignored and made false promises by the owner of this company, I’ve officially given up. Job still isn’t done and there is no concern or urgency to finish the project."
