"For the last 13 years excellent service. Recently under new ownership ?? (according to staff) all clothes are coming back smelling like VOMIT! The entire place smells like VOMIT. Spoke with the owner 10 days in a row via phone call saying they will refund our $199 charge. Visited between 5:15-5:45 to pick up money, but always excuses and refund never left for us. Yesterday visited the store and the staff called the owner. He flat out tells us we are lying about the smells and no refunds will be provided. Staff has said they've been refunding other customers for weeks now. Will NEVER EVER go back to this place! Lapels has stated many customers are coming in for this issue. Thankfully the helped eliminate the awful smell."
