"I have used this cleaner twice, they we very helpful and thorough. The reason for 4 stars is for a couple of reasons: 1. I brought in a jacket to relocate the buttons on the sleeves. There was an issue, and I was not told until I came in to pick it up. Had to wait another week. Need better communication. 2. You have to pay cash for alterations. The cleaner should bill the client and pay their vendor the cash they are requesting? Other than above, I believe the prices and customer service are excellent."
