"Enter apartment without consent and had to be redirected back outside the door. I explained I would allowed only a visual inspection and not placement of traps, poisons or anything placed inside my property. This was acknowledged on my home surveillance in front of 4 other employees. This person named initials AF entered my home use his foot to block the bathroom door to evade my vision of him placing what I asked him not to place in my private home. Very sneaky company!!!"
