"When you call these guys, you will probably be in a situation where you have no choice and just need to call SOMEONE and fast - and -trust me- these are the guys to call. My house sprung a bad leak when a check valve blew nearest the boiler and Steve from Certified FWS came over the mountain like an avenging angel in the deep of night. He and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, clever and kind. Steve's creativity during the dry out (ours is an older home) minimized the required demo, impressing even the contractor that followed on behalf of our insurance company. Thank you, Steve. "Previously hired them to clean up water damage in 2019 and they were great. Contacted them again this past November of 2022 to get an estimate on cleaning up massive smoke damage to same property. Told them I needed a physical written estimate and was told no problem. It is now January 2023 and no estimate. They were here, did the walk through, but no estimate yet. Called and had to repeat more than 3 times I needed a physical printed estimate not an emailed one, that I had no way to print from email, and the receptionist just kept asking for my email and repeating how I could print it myself - even after I clearly stated that repeating myself was getting me frustrated. Clearly they are not going to give me the estimate which they should have just told me back in November instead of wasting my time. Extremely unprofessional behavior. If I get the printed estimate I may update this review, but that seems unlikely after the phone call. Worse, I can't wait forever so now I need to call another smoke mitigation company and go through this all again - so much for trying to be a loyal customer."

"The service my family received from Steve and his team was absolutely EXCELLENT! After discovering a leak in our basement, my husband and I were exhausted and overwhelmed by the amount of damage that had occurred. I didn't know what to expect from this company, but I am so grateful we were referred to them.
