"I was in earlier doing laundry when an employee aggressively kicked out some houseless folks who were quietly and peacefully using the laundromat as shelter from the rain storm. The employee loudly taunted these folks, even after they had left the building. Her behavior was not only unprofessional and classist, but downright disgusting. She continued to loudly complain about houseless folks in Greenfield, as well as a spill on the floor that she didn’t want to clean up. I will never do my laundry at this establishment again, and I suggest others stay away as well."

"Ladies - if you have dry clean dresses or high end items do not use this cleaner. I brought an expensive boutique dress to this location and asked for drying cleaning. They did not dry clean it - as I asked. The decided to wet clean it because the tag said you could. They did not call me to ask my permission and I can wet clean a dress myself. I am not going to pay them to do it. I am not going to pay a cleaner to do it in industrial washers. It's a delicate dress. They RUINED my dress. For my best friends wedding. Which is in three days. They said if I left a negative review that was slander. I got angry at them, of course, they got very angry back too. I have every right to be upset they did not follow MY instructions. They called the manufacturer and said it was a defect and gave me a email to contact. Thats it. No offer to take care of shipping it or anything else. Oh they also called the police. Or pretended they did to get me out of the shop. I have never ever had an experience this awful and unbelievable. They should have reimbursed me, and taken the dress. Oh wait they should have just done what I asked - then they tried to say I never said dry clean - my pick up tag SAYS DRY CLEAN. Maybe they can do cotton shirts but they have no REAL knowledge of fabrics. If they did clean it I also cant imagine what that spot is."
