"I purchased a shipping box and then had to make an exchange due to it not fitting what I wanted to ship. I was originally served by an older woman with white hair who was a bit slower with the transaction. She was suddenly interrupted by an incredibly rude colleague named Matt who spoke down to her in such a way I pray no one ever speaks to my mother. He was mocking the way that she measured the box saying “look it’s not that hard” and then proceeded to tell her to move aside and “find something else to do”. The attitude then transitioned to me when I explained where we were in the process when he responded with a sarcastic “awesome”. I hope that this is not the kind of experience that your staff and customers receive on a daily basis. No one should have to make a living in such an abusive and toxic environment. I notice there have been numerous complaints in Google Reviews regarding Matt. Perhaps it is time to stop letting this individual taint the name of your establishment."
