"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I drove 35+ miles, one way, to order a special cake for my wife's 60th birthday. The cake was going to have a special theme but the girl at the counter refused to let me talk to the cake decorater that was in back. I guess I thought if I was spending almost $100.00 on a cake with a special theme I could talk to the person decorating it. I left and will go elsewhere. I'll never be back. 70 mile round trip!"
"The maple cream donut is a must get! Absolutely loved it! The donut was fluffy and the bottom was crispy, a beautiful contrast to the maple cream that was light but creamy! Every mouthful was such a joy! The salted caramel donut was also delicious! It was more of a cakey donut which paired really well with the salted caramel cream! Tbh we were eyeing the other donuts while munching the ones we got! Can’t wait to go back and try their other flavors!"
"I needed a specialty cake. No one would even make until I found Reillys. Tried 7 of the more prominent bakeries in portland, south Portland, and cape Elizabeth. The cake is a piece of art and EXACTLY what my wife wanted and I ordered. Thank you! Great donuts too! My new go to place for all baking needs."
"Fabulous old school bakery. We went there to check out the donuts and they have a really nice variety to choose from. We tried the coconut flake and it was delicious. Love the large pieces of coconut that they use to coat the donut. Enjoy!"
