"Ordered my prescription and it took them a week to correct several mistakes, very strange. I think the woman helping me is new, but I’d wish she’d ask for help from a colleague instead of ordering the wrong brand (more expensive) and then giving me the wrong pick up date for when it would be ready. I shouldn’t have to go to a pharmacy three times to get my prescription."

"Every single time my partner or I have gone in to get our medications, they are insanely slow and act like they have no idea what they're doing. They're constantly giving different time frames, you end up waiting hours or days for your prescriptions that should've been ready. The techs are quiet and dismissive and completely unhelpful. Partner waited multiple days for her medication, and then they didn't even give her the tools for administration, so now she cant even take them after all this waiting. She called them to ask about it, and the tech on the phone sounced annoyed and was abrupt. Switching pharmacies immediately, don't waste your time here."

"The staff are polite but very slow. I've been called when a prescription is ready for pickup but when I arrive I've been told to come back later because it hasn't been filled yet. If you actually need to take your medication, go somewhere else"

"I was desperate for my son to get eye drops for conjunctivitis… initially they said it would be hours. The pharmacist sensed my stress and said he would make sure he personally got it done within 20 minutes, and he did! So grateful!"

"Not a lot of personality. I feel judged by some there, when I'm picking up my legit Dr prescriptions. On the plus side, there is one nice lady there. And, when I had no insurance they were quite a bit cheaper than CVS."
