"This place is terrible there food is always messed up I have literally never ordered from here and got what I wanted done correctly. Let's start with the chicken it's always too dry and old your supposed to rotate the chicken to make sure it doesn't dry out and If it does your supposed to throw it out and make more... I used to be a kfc chicken cook I know this. Next the buiscut i got today was burnt. And lastly there drinks are always garbage because there the only fast food restaurant that doesn't try there products to make sure that it's good for the public which blows my mind because that's literally the golden rule in a kitchen. Try you product and make sure it's good for the public. Also you need to realize you are dealing with food. More specifically chicken people lives could be at stake because of your lazy work ethics this place should be closed. Yesterday"
"To be honest I love this place. The food is good. The people are always friendly and the service is good. We eat here often. The store is horrifyingly disgusting every visit. The restroom is by emergency only. I wouldn't let my children in the bathroom prior to checking it. I don't know if the ladies room is that disgusting but I really hope not. The men's is a no touch situation which is disappointing after you eat fried chicken and want to simply wash your hands."
"Just purchased a 8 piece meal only got 6 pieces and chicken was so over cooked you couldn’t chew it. The biscuits were so hard and dry they was like hockey pucks. The only thing edible was the potato and coleslaw. 40 bucks for that meal is pathetic."
