"The staff are completely disrespectful. Just because they have issues with certain people does NOT give the right to disrespect me. If I buy something I have every right to sit outside and eat the food I purchased. Instead of kindly asking people to do things they yell and scream and swear at customers. If I'm driving I can sit outside all day in my car. But if I am on foot I get yelled at for being on he property but not the store. The staff here intentionally start arguments with customers. One guy working here chased someone through the driveway and hit the guy. Today a lady accused someone outside of definitely being a thief at the store and saying he chased her through the parking lot. Come to find out that was lie. The people working here are not safe to be around people. They are aggressive. I've never seen anyone treat people so poorly."

"I seldom ever give a one star rating but in this case it's necessary. My experience last week was the worst I've had at any Big Apple ever...and that's saying a lot considering I go to the one that frequently gets robbed in Augusta. Anthony was very rude and I ended up going to the Irving in Auburn instead. They were much nicer there and actually made me feel welcome. I don't plan on going back to this Big Apple again and I'll be sure to recommend others stay clear of this place too."

"How you know you’re in a bad neighborhood. They ask you to leave your backpack at the door. Walk to the next nearest store in the sister city over and they don’t mind me entering cumbies with a backpack. Won’t be back in for anything backpack or not. Kinda funny how they think only a backpack can be used to steal things and not purses. I had too many valuables in my backpack to leave at the front of the door just like women and their purses."

"I avoid this place early morning because one of the employees has a b.o. problem. A couple of occasions the volume of my gas tank and the volume dispensed from the pump didn't quite match. A 12.5 gallon Tank at just under a quarter tank doesn't take 14 gallons to top off. I have been double charged for cigarette purchases at the register. When I called and questioned management, I was told that I probably made a second purchase that day and don't remember or there was delay from my bank for a previous purchase. This last and final time that I will ever go to a Big Apple I was again double charged. I had only used that specific card there once. Not the only sketchy CN Brown establishment I have come across either."

"This store has high potential to become something great. Seeing new management makes me feel this store will bring back the welcoming vibes that I once had. When I walked into the store the other day I was greeted as a valued customer, was asked if I found everything I needed as if they knew me for years. Hard to find service like that especially in this town. If I had to change something, probably to deplace the street bums that circle the store."
