"I called ahead to ensure they had the frozen mocha available (Auburn had sold out), the employee was rude and replied like I had been a huge convenience for her to answer the phone for a 10 second call. I made a special trip there to get the mocha, o my to have the employee let a customer in and lock the door as I was going up to it. This was at 10:30AM, and the sign stated they’d reopen at 2:00PM. Seriously, I get that everyone has issues getting reliable, honest and willing employees, but this was wrong in so many ways. First, they obviously knew they were closing but said nothing when I called, to be looked at straight on while locking the doors was beyond rude, and to close at peak hours just makes no sense. I will travel to the Sabattus location before I go into this location again. Auburn and Sabattus have courteous employees and have never been rude when I call to see if they have what I’m looking for. I would rather travel an extra 8 miles than deal with this location again. Looking at other reviews, owner/management really need to reconsider the staff they have employed, if they can’t have common courtesy and provide a positive customer experience, they will kill your business."

"I keep forgetting to give this place a 1 star review. Numerous times I’ve gone in to take a quick pee after fueling up and it’s “see cashier for key.” I always just walk out and seem to forget, but this time I’m not forgetting. Won’t return to this location until I can use the bathroom without asking like a kid in school."

"I went to the gas station on Friday 11/11/22 to get some gas. I only put $20 on my tank while using my credit card. Today is 11/13 and I just checked my credit card balance and saw they charged me $100 instead right away I called my credit card company to let them know about the fraud. I am never going back to Main Street Cumberland farm. I usually go to Lisbon and center street and never once had any issues like this before.Beware people and make sure to get a receipt every time you are using the pump."
