The vinegars that are enfused with fruit flavors have a bright and balanced freshness, taking many days to create, as they are not imparted by heating. Great, Great, Great place to take your finest BBQ, main courses AND deserts to the highest level. Is it a shop or an experience as you can taste test various wonderings? It would be great to have the entire shop magically appear in our pantry every time opened...we'll just ad three things a day for years. Amaze your family and friends with so many Maine made items and nuances by starting the journey here..."
