"Came in just to get cheese. There's 3 ppl at the deli just standing around laughing and talking. One person said to the other you have a customer and he said no I don't, we close at 2, while not even looking at me. Then he looks ai me and says we're closed have a nice day. This is at 2:20 pm mind you and they're open til 8 pm. First and last time here."

"Employ owned home town store. All through the pandemics worst times this has been my go to store. They have a decent selection of fresh and locally sourced vegetables, awesome baked goods, many made fresh in store. Their meats are better than Hannaford, better prices too. If you cant find it at Hannaford, chances are they have it at food city. Check out their spices section. Huge 6oz of spices, no fillers 5.99, huge variety also. You will find all kinds of things that you will never see in large corporate chains."
