"My son just got a letter in the mail today looks all official. He is a straight A student in AP classes. I told him sorry but it looks like a scam so I looked it up thanks for all the reviews."
"nice embossed letterhead but you get little for all the money you spend."
"letter hella butters you up make you feel all special, but it’s a scam! don’t get played y’all."
"First of all, this place really is a complete scam designed to attract innocent families to pay for TED Talks basically. SECONDLY, however, as a reply to another review above, LOWELL is NOT a city with "immense" amounts of crime. I have lived there for years and have only ever heard of 1 or 2 crimes in 20 YEARS. So, do not go around spreading false rumors about a place you don't even know about."
"Complete scam. Evident through the disorderly nature, their stinginess, and the hollow praise they give to the students. This praise blinds them from the truth, with their own egos. The area where it is hosted, Lowell, is a very low socioeconomic area with immense amounts of crime. The congress ends at 11pm and their plan for logistics is to have young teenagers walking 2 blocks to their parent's car. This is incredibly negligent. They chose Lowell and decided on their logistics with one thing in mind and that is money. All in all if you have a child who gets sent on of those fancy letters from this institution throw it in the trash because they don't care about your child they only care about your money. I made the mistake of being naive enough to signup and I hope you all learn from my mistake."
