"Listen I just want to point out that it is very hard to run a small business being a small business owner myself KCM construction. People don't think how much work it actually takes to have a successful business the hours. This barber shops open all the time where can you go at night and get your haircut I'll tell you where nowhere. I used to travel to Boston just to get my haircut because people up here cut everybody's hair the same. This is one incredible barber shop that does not cut everybody's hair the same not everybody has the same hair or the style or whatever it is. But I have been going here for many years now and the owner Maria has taught me stuff and we talk about stuff and really has not only done a phenomenal job cutting my hair all the time but she's helped me see things from an unbiased point of view and help make me extremely successful. So when you sit down and your barbers chair no she's on her feet over 10 hours a day doing the right thing and anybody who's got anything bad to say about this please is an absolute fool. I can literally say when I go to the barbershop I get a therapy session too. Especially from the help lol I just wanted to take a second to recognize a small business in my community just how successful she is and how many barber shops have been on that strip and really been successful. "Made an appointment to get my haircut and sat in the shop with no acknowledgement from any of the shop personnel 20 minutes after scheduled appointment as I was walking out of the door the Owner said she was ready to cut my hair and I said never mind my appointment was at 3:45 and my time is valuable also and instead of acknowledging that communication with your customers is a more effective dealing with a disgruntled customer she decided to throw insults. I will not ever recommend this place to anyone and for the owner the customer isn’t always right but loosing a customer over lack of communication is a loosing business model."
